All transactions are treated as prepaid commercial procurement transactions.
2. PLATFORM ROLE (IMPORTANT)
DOCBOON operates as a technology intermediary platform.
- Products are shipped by independent sellers
- Logistics may be handled by:
- Sellers directly
- Third-party logistics providers
DOCBOON does not operate as a logistics provider or carrier.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
- Orders are forwarded to sellers for fulfillment
Order processing timelines may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Availability
- Seller location
4. DISPATCH TIMELINE
Sellers are expected to dispatch orders within:
- 1–3 working days, unless otherwise specified
Dispatch timelines may vary due to:
- Product availability
- Regulatory requirements
- Special handling conditions
5. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–7 working days from dispatch
However, delivery timelines are:
- Indicative only
- Not guaranteed
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges :

All applicable charges shall be displayed before order confirmation.
7. TRACKING
- Tracking details may be provided where available
- Tracking accuracy depends on logistics provider
DOCBOON does not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy.
8. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Delivery shall be deemed complete when:
- Product is delivered to the address provided by buyer
- Delivery is confirmed via:
- OTP, OR
- Signature, OR
- System delivery confirmation
9. RISK TRANSFER (CRITICAL LEGAL CLAUSE)
Risk in goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
After delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- Storage
- Handling
- Usage
10. INSPECTION OBLIGATION
Buyer must:
- Inspect goods immediately upon delivery and take photographic/ video evidence (as applicable)
All issues must be reported within:

11. DELIVERY ISSUES
11.1 Delayed Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Logistics constraints
- Remote locations
- External disruptions
DOCBOON shall not be liable for such delays.
11.2 Damaged Delivery
- Must be reported within 48 hours
- Subject to Return Policy
11.3 Non-Delivery
Buyer must report non-delivery within a reasonable time.
Investigation will be conducted with logistics partner.
12. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Buyer is responsible for providing:
- Correct shipping address
- Accurate contact details
DOCBOON shall not be liable for:
- Delivery failure due to incorrect details
- Additional costs arising from re-attempts
13. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders may be fulfilled in:
- Multiple shipments
depending on product availability or seller logistics.
14. SPECIAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
For temperature-sensitive or regulated products:
- Additional handling conditions may apply
- Buyer is responsible for ensuring proper storage upon delivery
15. FORCE MAJEURE
DOCBOON shall not be liable for delays or failure due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or disruptions
- Pandemic-related issues
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DOCBOON shall not be liable for:
- Delay in delivery
- Transit damages beyond policy scope
- Loss caused by logistics providers
- Indirect or consequential losses
17. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER
Logistics services are provided by independent third parties.
DOCBOON:
- Does not control logistics operations
- Is not responsible for acts or omissions of such providers
18. POLICY INTEGRATION
This Policy shall be read with:

- Cancellation Policy
- Privacy Policy
Stricter provisions shall prevail.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Governed by laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts at Ambala, Haryana.
20. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, the buyer:
- Accepts this Shipping Policy
- Acknowledges intermediary role of DOCBOON
- Agrees to risk transfer upon delivery
